Welcome to Our Charming Cottages

Overlooking the Apalachicola Bay, our delightful waterfront cottages are the perfect getaway for anglers, boaters, paddlers or anyone looking for a relaxing retreat. We offer three cottages and one RV space.

Each of our cottages can accommodate up to six guests and feature:

• 12 x 40 feet of space
• Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishes
• One bathroom with bathtub/shower
• One bedroom with a queen bed and TV
• Bunk beds in the hallway
• Living room with a pull-out couch and TV
• Back porch overlooking the bay
• Wheelchair ramp for handicap accessibility

All of our cottages are non-smoking.

Our cottages are located directly next door to a public boat ramp and a retail seafood market. We’re also one block from a bait and tackle shop and less than a mile from some of the area’s favorite restaurants and breweries.

Located in Eastpoint, the hub of Florida’s Forgotten Coast, we’re a short drive from historic Apalachicola, St. George Island and Carrabelle. Stay here, and you’re centrally located just 10 minutes away from all the Forgotten Coast fun!
